Laurel P. Stivers was appointed Owen County Clerk in 2014. She was elected to serve a full term later that year and re-elected to the office in 2018.

Deadline to file as write-in candidate: Monday, August 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

You must present your registration receipt and proof of insurance in order to complete your motor vehicle transaction. If you do not have the registration receipt, a duplicate can be printed at a $3.00 charge per duplicate. No exceptions.
