Accepting sealed bids for the 2026-2027 fiscal year for the following materials and services:
• Concrete
• Asphalt Hot Mix
• Rock (all sizes)
• Drilling and installation of railroad rail
• Salt (400 tons) for snow and ice removal
Sealed bids will be accepted until **4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2026**, at the Owen County
Judge/Executive's Office, located at:
100 North Thomas Street
Owenton, KY 40359
Bids will be opened during the Fiscal Court meeting on **June 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM**.
MONTEREY PARK PAVILION ROOF PROJECT
Accepting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the pavilion roof at Monterey Park, located at:
175 Taylor Street
Owenton, KY 40359
The project includes the complete removal of the existing roof and installation of a new roof, including all labor, materials, equipment, debris removal, cleanup, and associated work necessary to complete the project.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Bids will be opened during the Fiscal Court meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Contractors are responsible for verifying measurements and existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. Owen County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the county.
